Hi!
I'm Naomi, and I'm from Derbyshire, UK. I've been trying to lose a bit of weight for a while now, but have not been doing it healthily. After many weeks of it not working, I took a real hard look at myself, and have told myself that I need to do this right.
I'm off on holiday next week, and it was my hope to lose weight for then, but obviously that's not going to happen. Now my challenge is to lose weight for university.
I've just started running recently, and am still quite slow with it as I am quite unfit. But I am getting there slowly. I also have an exercise bike which I go on daily for 2 hours or so, but I fear this may overestimate the calories I burn.
I've been popping around the message boards for a while now, but have finally decided that I will make myself known.
Just as a bit of extra info - I'm 18 years old and 5'2 tall.

...along with exercise...you should also try to incorporate healthy eating habits to help you along towards your goal....welcome...!!!!....good to have you on board...!!!!0
