    OKAY So my scales battery died yesterday so I couldn't weigh in today, so I put in my weight from Tuesday instead and ill have a better update next week lol.

    I'll weigh in at the gym because the scale is more accurate.. Also great idea to install that bing-eating app! Going to do it right now! :smile: Hopefully I get down to 60kg!!

    Hope it's not too late to join! I just weighed myself this morning after slacking for a few months and was really upset to see that I've gained everything back :( This sounds like the perfect challenge for me. I'm going to shoot for 7 pounds though, because I'm moving from Michigan to NM mid-August and I know that will be a super stressful time for me...even 5 pounds would be great.

    So disappointed! I have logged and measured every bite, stayed within the mfp calories for 1.5lb loss goal & didn't eat back my workout calories, 5 days of intense workouts & the scale isn't budging. I will figure it out though!

    Don't fret, this could be a result of higher sodium intake yesterday, and holding water weight. Keep moving forward and know you're ultimately headed in the right direction!

    Could also be your muscles retaining water from working out, this happened to me for 2 weeks and all of a sudden I dropped 4 lbs. Keep tracking and itll go down! Drink LOTS OF WATER :)

    Didn't have the greatest week but it could have been worse. Three days of not so great eating last weekend while we were out of town but I got all my workouts in.

    dammit! I thought this was the thread for gain weight lol
    but I have increased moving and awareness, I know I will lose in the end. I think I have overeaten on sodium, will track that better.
