Need motivation in losing up to 50lbs

I am 26 year old mom and online college student. I have Adhd so for me to stay on a diet or workout routine is harbi get bired and fed up if i dont see a difference even by a half a pound. I just got out of a huge slump and was working out 4-6 days a week and the. 2 weeks ago i just stopped i need friends who can oush me. This is my biggest problem beside have an 11 year old and a 7 year old who love to eat junk food. Please help me stay motivatated And lose the 50lbs i need to plan on a baby

    ultimately you have to want it and push yourself by surrounding yourself with family and friends who support the healthy lifestyle. So why not teach your kids the value of eating right while teaching yourself as well.

    I try they are both very active and therefor fit. However the problem lies woth their other parents whom they go to half the time that love fast food. I make homemade meals and they get limited on their junk food and caffeine but still hard for me when it is in the house
