    slice 1/2" thick, spray well with coconut spray or olive oil spray, salt and pepper both sides, put on grill for 3 mins a side or put in broiler for 3-4 minutes a side. never tried any other method but that. it works so why mess with it right!?

    i did not make this myself....i get/make this meal combo of goods every time i go into my local souplantation. large mixed green salad with toppings, baked sweet potato, scratch made lowfat chicken noodle soup, various raw veggies, and house made low fat vinaigrette.

    for portions i used:

    8 oz fresh ahi poke
    1 O organics brown rice bowl
    3 cups chopped romain lettuce
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    3 tbsp low sodum soy sauce
    3 tbsp no sugar added tariyaki sauce
    3 chopped pineapple rings

    mix well and enjoy! again....macros listed are for this portion listed.

    Recent samples of vegetarian burger hot spots in San Diego area. I am not at all vegetarian, my roommate is and he had my try these. I did enjoy them all actually.

    Enjoy this nice little slide show of goods from this weekends 4th annual SD Latin Food Festival. Sadly I am in show prep mode and only got a few bites of all this goodness. Great pictures for my blog write up however!

    a recent homemade surf and turf veggie stir fry over brown rice. sirloin steak bites and steamed shrimp over bag of frozen veggies (steamed) and microwave brown rice bow. totals of about 90 carb, 15 fat and 55 protein as shown.

    2 cups sauteed string green beans using coconut spray and garlic seasoning. A 16 oz carton 99% egg whites cooked on frying pan with coconut spray. inside omelet is 1 cup chopped spinach. sautee green beans for 6-7 minutes on medium high. cook eggs for 7-8 minutes on medium with lid on. fold over when done after stuffing the spinach inside. add salt and pepper and enjoy. this portion is what works for me mind you.

    Fabulous photos...I've really enjoyed looking through the Latin Food Festival ones from ppl watching, to watching how food is set up and taken to the next level, alcohol set up the same way.

    What's your blog you mentioned, if you don't mind sharing? Also do you have photos up of your DIY kitchen you talked about? Sounds intriguing.
