    I do a lot of Beach Body programs. Currently I'm doing T25 and yoga. I've done insanity, asylum, body beast, and hip hop abs in the past.

    But I'm also lucky enough to have a very physical job where I walk about 15 miles a day lifting 20-50lbs constantly.

    The first picture is my very first day on MFP. So over 600 days ago. However, I got the same results after 2 rounds of insanity (4 months).
