That is a wonderful idea!!! Good for you!! I just donate my clothes to Goodwill and get a receipt for my taxes... All my friends are either bigger than what I was or too small or short to wear my old clothes. :flowerforyou:

That is soo awesome!!!! Unfortunantly, all my friends wear bigger sizes than me..boo..I have no hips.. But my best friend is actually getting the lapband surgery because she has done weight watchers for 2 years with no results...anyways, she is already planning on stealing my clothes!!

I've given away all of my clothes (sizes 18, 20, and 22's) to my friends and their friends and I know they've appreciated it. My sister has given me some of her clothes (14's and 16's) and I've definitely appreciated it! She's really hippy so I don't know that I'll ever get any of her 12's or 10's. Dang it! If so, though, good for her and yay for me! It's great to be able to exchange clothes with people we know who need them and can use them! One of my fears is not being able to afford a new wardrobe once I reach my goal! I just keep thinking that if I'd been at my goal weight all this time I'd have a HUGE wardrobe!

Great idea! My larger friends got all my 20-12s too. (Except the really ugly ones no one wanted that went to charity:ohwell: )

Getting the too-big ones out of the house is another motivator to NOT LET the pounds pile on again....great post. :flowerforyou:
