After I went on a loooong and hilly walk yesterday today I decided I'd expended enough energy to try and make the worlds most decadent hot chocolate.
All cream, no milk or water, just double cream with a heaped tablespoon of cocoa and a tablespoon of honey.

I managed to drink half before my body was like "...I think that this is too much dear!", my tastebuds were like "omg really? Awesome"!

Hours later - still full, and frankly a bit nauseated.
LOL. To some extent I think the richness of it was almost a good thing, I feel like I could avoid eating for ever with the feeling of the cream lingering in my stomach.

I am personally a big fan of letting yourself have the FAT for a splurge - maybe not quite THAT much fat but I think a piece of fat free candy won't quite satisfy like a few mouthfuls of cheesecake - and you can keep the portions down so its not TOO bad.
