Because you burn calories all day long just to stay alive. It's called BMR or Basal Metabolic Rate, and it's the amount of calories you burn when you do absolutely nothing all day long. Just got a charge HR. Still trying to get it all set up. Can't seem to figure out how to get it to give me call/txt notifications on Samsung Galaxy S5 though phone is compatible. Anyone know how to tweak that? Also, I welcome active friends. This doesn't mean you run miles and are super active physically. I mean I like folks who log and interact.1

When looking at the posts in a topic on at least the web browser:
Top of topic list, upper right side - Settings Icon to Dismiss.
Not sure if that is Dismiss from prior tagged favorite, or dismiss from updates.
If it doesn't work - you hope the topic dies off you responded to.
