I've lost 8lbs in almost a month! Not bad! :bigsmile: Also, my "love handles" are notably smaller...and you can almost see the outline of my abs!!! I'm only 2 lbs away from the lowest weight in over a year!!! I am so excited that I am finally doing this for real!!!
