Need to lose 45 pounds to enlist in the Air Force

Hey everybody. I'm new to ACTIVELY using the app, but as you can see from the title I need to lose 45 pounds to enlist in the Air Force after I graduate from undergrad next year. Any help, support, friend requests, etc. is greatly appreciated and I look forward to being with you guys through your journeys
