I finally get to post on this thread! I've been looking through this thread and admiring everyone's success for a year now.
The first pic is August 2015 at about 391 pounds and the second pic is today, May 2016, at 289 pounds! Hundred pounds lost

WOW times 6! Everyone of you look fantastic, have very high weight losses and look very happy. I hope to be able to add my pictures to this thread soon. I am waiting until June 15th as that will be 1 year since I first saw the surgeon when he put me on the 6 months high protein diet before the surgery which was on Jan 26th.2 -

I'm just a little over a month shy of my one year surgical anniversary (July 13). Tomorrow is my weekly weigh-in, but I know I've lost at least 135 pounds. This is me today after completing my 7th day straight running for a total of 71.5 kilometers.

ok so saturday i had a notification from facebook that i had a memory to view and as i looked at the photo it was from 3 yrs ago i was most likely 240 pounds...but i also realized i was wearing the same shirt as i was from 3yrs ago....so of course i took a selfie ...had RNY on 12-30-15

Here's my (mostly) current progress:
Aug 2015: I was close to 300lbs. Maybe 285-290 in that picture. Aug 2016, I was around 225-230. Currently, I'm around 220.
