    Continue Walking two miles a day for an hour at least
    10 miles a week
    At least 50 miles at end of the month


    10/1 stats: 1 hour walk and two miles ... Question: How do I track my steps or is everyone using a app?

    I use a fitbit, but no tracker is required. You can do it by time if you choose.

    I have a Jawbone Up2 and I love it! It tracks my steps daily and I can look at trends, daily, weekly or monthly.

    Last month, I hit a record of 451,511 steps. 7,018 more than August.
    Goal this month is 455,000 steps.
