    Hi Nona. My name is Kathy and I live in SC. I am looking to lose a total of 150 and have lost about 25 so far. My ultimate goal is to fit into my wedding dress again. I don't have many friends, I guess, because I am a homebody and my confidence level right now is very low. I am looking for encouragement from someone other than my fitness trainer.
