    Day28 - at the gym - 40 minutes of weights and a quick 6 minutes cardio on the rowing machine :)

    I'd been ill with a cold but still made time to walk. There were a couple times I really didn't want to walk out of lack of motivation, but I've managed to keep my streak going.

    Day 26 -- 25 min raking leaves
    Day 27 -- 35 min outdoor walk
    Day 28 -- 42 min evening outdoor intermittent walk/jog
    Day 29 -- 40 min outdoor walk
    Day 30 -- 20-min outdoor walk
