    Day 42 (Add in my two previous completions of this challenge, it's day 242) and I did 32 minutes fitness blender cardio followed by 20 minutes of weights. My weights were cut short because I had an asthma attack. Kids cooking... ugh!

    Day 38 - read something about the benefits of even a little weights before cardio, so was able to fit in 13 minutes of weights before my 45 minute spin class. I am glad to fit even a little more weights in because I miss it when I don't do it. Plus 23 minutes walking at lunch.

    CCB - 40 minutes walking and running
    MOM - cardio 20 minutes

    Day 101
    CCB - 40 minutes walking
    MOM - 2 1/2 miles

    Day 36 -- 1 hr gym workout (treadmill and stationary bike)
    Day 37 -- 50-min indoor mall walk
    Day 38 -- 50-min outdoor walk

    Day 40 - 45 minutes spinning, 20 minutes strength and 50 minutes walking

    Day 39 -- Gym workout -- 70 min stationary bike and 70 min treadmill

    Day 44-I can't remember, I'm thinking it was 60 minutes Leslie Sansone, i know I did something and sweated.
    Day 45-1 hour and 20 minutes running/walking intervals. 5 miles total. (more walking then running obviously)
    Day 46- Fitness Blender 30 minutes upper body strength, 40 minutes walking

    Day 42 - November 26 - 9 minutes rowing and 30 minutes weights.

    Day 47- 40 minutes Leslie 5K, 10 minutes Fitness blender standing abs and 8 minute fitness blender stretching.

    Day 48- 45 minutes Leslie Sansone 3 miles, I included 30 minutes walking at a leisurely pace (2.5 mph) from work in my exercise.
