This morning, I tried regular push ups. I could do 4 sets of 5 push ups. They are not 100% perfect, but there is some progress. I could barely do one a month ago.13

Last night I stopped eating White Fudge Oreos after 3. Normally, I would have eaten every single one of them. Note to self, don't buy those anymore.35

After almost a year of having to wear a ring spacer due to my wedding ring going from a bit roomy to falling off even with the spacer, I got my ring resized. It went from a 10 to an 8! Even in high school I wore a 9.
I was hoping to wait until goal weight to only get it resized once, but it had gotten beyond necessary and I can get it resized for free.20 -

My husband's morning schedule has changed this week, so he needs to be in the shower at the time I am normally done with my morning workout and need the shower as well. In the past I would have used this as an excuse not to workout (and shower earlier during my workout time) but not this week! I am simply using a different shower (which seems like a really simple solution, but in the past I was looking for any excuse to skip the workout!)20

Bought some jeans for a good deal (with the intention of *some day* losing weight) about a year and a half ago, couldn't even attempt to button them. Now I can pull them up and button them! I muffin top the hell out of them so I still can't wear them but soon!37

I spent a good 20 minutes today looking at myself in the mirror realizing FINALLY my double chin has become non existent unless im like trying for it. To this day i hold my face in a way to hide it but now its just gone XD26

I was taking a bath and my husband came in (uninvited) took one look and said that there was enough room in the bath for two people now . . . a year ago my thighs were rubbing the sides and there was barely enough room for the water!27

Finding out that I'm a size 6 rather than an 8, and that I truly wear size small shirts.23

Just got into size 36 jeans last month Nov 11 so today stopped in kohls and bought a pair of size 34 jeans. This way I got something to work my way into... But I slipped them on for a quick test and they fit. I will just leave them on Size 34 was my college size 25 years ago.24

I can fit in a size 13 without a muffin top!!!!!!!!! I started at a size 18-20 and honestly don't remember the last time I wore a size 13, maybe middle school?19

Because I'm tall and distribute my weight all over, inches come off me R-E-A-L-L-Y slowly. The difference between clothing sizes for me is 25 or 30 pounds. I lost one size in the first part of 2016, and have spent about 4 months with my clothes feeling the same since then (I was losing inches in my arms and legs, though). Finally, a few weeks ago, I started to get some movement in the places that count and my clothes are finally getting looser. The bad news is that 90% of my clothes have just crossed the line from "too big but I can manage" to "too big and now they look bad". Since I'm still losing, I'm going to try to get through winter before I start buying a new wardrobe.22

I've started to notice that daily life is easier -- my walking-around pace is faster, I feel lighter on my feet, I'm not red-faced and out of breath all the time. This feels fantastic.38

Arrived into the office late doors - Today's shirt was from Honduras in Sky blue. Comments came thick and fast, dude you're looking younger (yer I had a face lift last night). No really that shirt really rocks for you(err yer thanks). My next move was..... #HeadphonesOnLaptopOpenHeadDown16

Honestly, my NSV is that I'm even back and this committed! I lost about 20lbs in 2012 and was looking fierce, but over the last few years my priorities changed, I was working a lot, I got a job with a brewery which basically means more free beer than I can drink.... All the weight came back and I've been going back and forth for about a year knowing I needed to turn things around but only really making half hearted attempts. I think it finally got "bad enough" that I'm just ready! I've been logging, working on cutting down my alcohol intake, trying to get back to a normal workout routine.
I really feel like this is the time I really get back on the wagon. It's like a switch flipped and I'm back in the mode I was in when I first lost the weight!27 -
Tonight I ran around the park when I was walking the dog. All the way around. I could have kept going but the dog wanted me to knock it off. I. Ran. Around. The. Park.
It's somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 mile.47
