December 1....Day 1 down. My fitbit battery died at 6800 steps, but I did a 2 mile walk at home video. Even if I didn't make 10000 steps, I feel pretty good1

Just back from my morning walk, took a different route today 2.5miles 56minutes 5700steps.

I am in...I generally walk around 8000 steps per day...so I want to amp it up to 10,000. Let's do this!

I'm in! My goal is to walk 10,000 steps 5 days a week. I used to but have been non-weight bearing for several months and now have a clunky walking boot that I will be wearing for the rest of my life, but I need to do this! I need to set my Fitbit back up, and get it charged so will start tomorrow.1

I am not counting steps, but I made my goal for today. Did 72 minutes of walking on a treadmill. Met goal two days in a row-" woot woot", everyone, for reaching your goal!0

I'd like to join this challenge as well. I'm aiming for a minimum of 13,000 steps per day. For today I have my 13,000 steps in and hope to get a few more in before the night is over on my treadmill. Thanks for setting this challenge up.0

I'm in. I'd like to get in a 20-minute walk every day. I'm starting from no intentional walking- I mean just the usual walking throughout the course of my day, but nothing added for fitness/relaxation.1

is it too late to join this challenge? i don't do anything special on weekends, but starting monday (the 5th) i'll be aiming for a minimum of 20 minutes, 3 days per week and building up from there. doctor's orders!

I had a daily goal of an average of 13,000 steps, which adds up to 403,000 for the month of December, which in hindsight may be a little aggressive. However, rather than change it, I am going to go for it

I did eighty seven minutes yesterday, but the day before; none. Do we get rest days? I plan to walk sixty minutes today. Everyone is doing so well, good goin', guys!2

I have dusted off my treadmill and have started logging the miles. My goal is to do between 30 and 60 min per walk to start. My one year goal is to complete a half marathon.1
