Im 5'11 1/2 and im sitting at 160 lbs. im fairly lean but still have this "baby fat" or "stubborn fat" covering my abs. I have made progress in the last months but Im really stressing over not being able to get under 10% body fat. So im trying the Keto diet. Should I stay in a deficit while on Keto or should I stay on maintenance level? Also any other tips as far as what foods to eat and or snacks would be helpful since carbs really arent an option anymore.

Keto (extreme low carb) is just switching your intake from mostly carbs to mostly fat. It helps quite a lot of people with hunger issues, and thus adherence to the necessary calorie deficit to lose weight. As adherence is crucial, it's best not to cut out anything unless it makes you overeat. So you can eat whatever you like and you don't have to eat anything special. If you want to lose weight, you just have to have a consistent calorie deficit.

If you are at a good weight, you should look into recomp instead of weight loss. This means strength training. Get a good program. I can't help you with that. Go to the Fitness and Exercise board.
