Doing it for myself ☺

Hi Everyone, I have decided to finally start taking care of myself and lose weight! Unfortunatley I have previously been working in a job that was nasty, horrible and abusive! And I have spent the past 3mths getting myself well. Now I am hoping to drop the unnecessary baggage and become a better healthier me ☺ I am currently 90kgs and hoping to get down to 60kgs by August next year... I do have previous injuries to both my ankles... So I would be greatful for any excercising tips or motivation anyone could offer
