Pulling strands of tinsel from the dog's mouth....If I say he's not the brightest dog, does that make me a mean dog owner? I mean......he'll sniff his way right into traffic.....he'll eat paper off the sidewalk, he pees on every snowman he sees......He's gorgeous and I love him already

I'm wondering why for 16 years my mother in law has always mispelled my dd's name but not the same way each time. This year she actually gave dd a gift card for Christmas and used a different spelling for the name she wrote on the envelope and the name she wrote on the gift card inside but both were entirely wrong. It is a 3 letter name. It isn't a common name but she has certainly seen her grandchild's name written properly many times. She and her children don't have common names. She is not elderly and senile. She is not mean or stupid generally. She doesn't misspell the rest of our names. How has she never even accidentally spelled it right in 16 years? I've spent too long thinking about this.2

She may just have a learning issue you're not aware of, that is more obvious because you're paying particular attention to the cards.0 -
