Hi ,
I would love to have some folks to check in with once a week to say how my week is going . No need to give your weight unless you want to.
But a place to share recipes and rant when you want to overeat . Come here instead to vent. Also to ask for prayer for Your journey .
I am a 53 year old woman . I need to lose 30 to 35 pounds and would love to do it soon .
Let me know if you would like to join me :-)

I am 61 years old and have gained 30+ pounds in the last 3 years and just sat here and ate junk all morning long. I don't know how this works either to keep track of each other though.

Count me in. This is ideal. I am 39, single mother, working full time, it is hard to find time for me, but I do fit in an hour in the morning for a work out. I would like to loose about 30 lbs.
Weigh in on Sundays. I technically already started my diet, so last Sunday I was

Hi, I'm 36 and have a 7 month old baby. Really need to shed a few stone, don't want to be an embarrassment for my daughter when she grows up. My aim is to lose 30lbs, so this challenge feels perfect for me.

Hello. I am 34 and have struggled with my weight since I had my son in 2010. It goes up and down. From Jan 2015 to June 2015 I lost 35 pounds but once I stopped eating right and working out five days a week I put it all back on. New goal is 48 pounds but would love to be included in this challenge. Best of luck to all. Currently at 183.

44 year old mom to four here. I would love to join everyone here. I have a goal of losing approx. 60 pounds in total, though my goal isn't necessarily weight based. I'm focusing more on strength and body fat percentage, but no matter how you look at it, I need to lose at least 40-50 pounds. 30 pounds by 6/15/2017 may be a bit of a stretch for me since I'm planning on 1 pound per week, but I'll give it go. :)

    CW 12/29/16: 216.0
    GW 6/15/17: 186.0
UGW: 23% body fat initially, then go from there. Ideally 20%, which translates into approximately 156ish assuming 125 pounds of lean body mass.
