Hi all,
I just found out about this site. I am 34 year old woman. I weigh 259 lbs and I am 5'8'' tall. Recently in December 2010 I got serious about working out. I do 4 days of cardio and 3 days of strengh training. I saw results where inches were coming off but not pounds. My clothing fits looser and my face even shranked. I even dropped a dress size. Recently, I went on vacation and fell off the band wagon. Luckily, I didn't gain any weight. But I am on track and this site will help me keep track of my progress.

Welcome.....I do cardio 5 days a week and strength 3-4......I love it on MFP0
