    New year= new resolve to stick with one of these challenges! In addition to general calorie cutting, I intend to restrict my alcohol consumption, increase water intake, excersize 4x/week, and come up with more calorie-friendly dinner ideas to cook! I'm hoping that actually writing down these goals will help motivate me. ;)

    This is just what need. I used Myfitnesspal 5 years ago and lost 100 labs, but have put back ~30 ☹(stopped logging) I need to get back on track!
