    Happy New Year!!! I'm back on track!!! I lost a pound and a half! Woo Hoo!!! Can't wait till next week and every week to keep on losing. I want to have good progress again like I did before and I know I will because I'm back on track and I'm going to stay on track now that I don't have the holidays to use as an excuse (which I know no one needs to do, but I allowed myself, I love my holidays). To being healthier and happier with my body! Yay!!!

    Woohoo! I've lost another pound and a half! I'm at 20.5 pounds lost since September 2016 and 40.5 pounds lost since July 2015!!!! I love OMAD!!!!

    Hi everyone. Just wanted to report that I am getting heartburn lately. Even before eating. Don't know what's up with that. I did get it the other day after my coffee, so it might have been from the coffee. Then the other day I had it in the morning. Felt like it was from dinner the night before or something ( I did eat kind of late). I don't know but this is new for me. I haven't had heartburn issues in a while since dropping a lot of weight. Especially on a virtually empty stomach. Any ideas?
