So Delicious Milk vs Creamer

I was looking at the So Delicous Coconut Milk and the So Delicious Coconut Cofee Creamer. The creamer had more chemical sounding ingredients so I opted for the milk. Not to mention the price was about the same for a half gallon of the milk vs the pint of creamer. Has anyone used the milk as creamer? How does it compare to the creamer?

    Have never had either, but my trainer told me to use almond milk instead of creamer. I got the plain, unsweetened kind and it's not too bad.
