Is it a good lunch idea ( nutritionally speaking ) to eat a sandwich that is made up of

2 slices brown bread
2 leaves lettuce
one slice american cheese low fat
3 slices honey baked ham ( from a oscar meyer type box)
1 tsp honey mustard
2 onion slivers

Is the bread brown because it's rye or because it's moldy?

If you like it and it fits your calorie budget, there is nothing wrong with it.

There's nothing inherently wrong with it, so sure.

I'd recommend making sure you get more veggies with dinner and/or breakfast - or just add some to lunch - but it seems OK.

From a purely nutritional perspective, the only thing that stands out to me is that Honey Baked Ham tends to be high in sodium, which may or may not be an issue for you. Beyond that, it looks like a perfectly fine lunch to me.

look at everything in terms of your overall diet. If you need the carbs or the protein to hit your macros, if it doesn't put you over on calories, etc etc, it's fine. try not to think of anything as good or bad by itself.
