    Weekly weigh in and I weigh exactly the same.

    Been following OMAD extremely strictly and I feel slimmer at the waist so I was very surprised.

    I'm not sure what to think.

    I'll keep it up for another week but if I see no loss again ill have to move into longer fasts and reduce calories when I actually do eat.

    Cheat Day tomorrow might give me a boost. Maybe the body has down regulated my metabolism.

    Can you please tell us what you are eating for your one meal? Maybe we can help. Also it might be useful to measure yourself rather than just weigh yourself.

    And if you happen to be around that time of the month (or even ovulation) you could be up to 2lbs heavier for a day or two just from water retention. That's me, twice a month 2lbs, so perhaps weigh yourself again in a few days?
