Hello, Lisa here been on low carb for about two weeks. Did Atkins when I was 14 to lose weight it worked and I kept it off until I got pregnant at the age of 24. Now at 53 I find this hard as hell to do. Some days are better than others. lost 10lbs so far...

Welcome! Good loss. It is hard as you age. This WOE makes it a little easier. We have a ladies group for the over 50 too. The information stuff is on this site but our smaller group gives support to those of us who are handling menopause, aging parents, teenage children, careers and bodies that do not seem ours anymore.
