Hi Folks. This is my story.I was around 220 pounds till Aug 2013.Lost about 60 pounds and reached 160 pounds by Aug 2016 and maintaining.Really proud of myself and looking to inspire.

Abs are impressive, no doubt about it. But changes in your face are just as impressive. Great job!

i would say they are the biggest changes.

Men, never ever underestimate the value of a strong jawline on your aesthetics. I don't know why it matters, but damn, it matters.
