I keep going up & down 1-2 lbs over the last week. today I am up. I need to get some digestive things moving & tighten up my tracking/eating to really get into full ketosis. I am only mildly there I think. Gotta stop whining & start doing! Woop Woop1 -

GW: 132 (range 129.6-134.1) - I'm not really concerned with weight, I'm focused primarily on reducing my BF even if my weight stays the same or even increases. My current BF is 26% and I would like to get it to 23%. I am starting to add exercise alternating cardio and strength training.1 -

Heading in the right direction although not really for the right reasons - need to up my intake.4 -
I'm up to 134 this morning; goal range is 130-133. Moving average is 132.9, I ate more than my usual amount of carbs this weekend and AF is threatening to start any minute. If this doesn't drop down within a week I'll go back to a deficit for a week or two.1
