Hi every one.Everything started on 12th of April 2015 and I was 120 kg.With MyFitnessPal, sports and diet down to 93 kg in 16 months but after lost my motivation, up + 100 kg again.Now everything is alright. I continue to lose weight with sports,diet and MyFitnessPal. Pls add me. good days
