Military diet

Hello everyone I wanted to try a jump started to my weight loss and my mom told me about this military diet so far I'm on day 2 and in between meals I was just drink lose of water so I won't be hungry so far I'm down 2 pounds it s a god way to jump start weight or not and this 3 day I'm goin to go back to my salad a day

    No, it's not a good way to diet, and dieting doesn't need jump starting.

    Just a warning, that weight will come back days 4 and 5. You don't need a kickstart, especially one as awful as this.

    It's a silly, arbitrary 'diet' that's been around for years and has nothing to do with the military. You're losing weight, mostly water weight, because of a significant reduction in calories over the past 2 days. Nothing to do with the food combination.

    I have friends in the military, they don't eat like this. It's a fad diet that's not good for anyone.

    The military diet is ridiculous.
    There's no such thing as "jumpstarting" weight loss.
    Eating salad every day is not the most ideal way to lose weight.
