Just a calorie deficit and exercise. Don't waste your money on supplements that claim they burn fat. They don't work.0

There are no supplements that do this. It's a façade painted by the diet industry to make money on people who are looking for the "magic" pill.what supplements have you used that really work to drop body fat

Nope. I'll bet you dollars to donuts that if you take whatever supplement you want and then eat in a surplus, you won't lose weight. Or fat for that matter. That's just basic physiology 101. Extra stored fat is burned one basic way.........staying in a calorie deficit.Oxy elite pro. Thrrr are pills but these people won't say it

That would be a no. Unless accompanied by a calorie deficit, no pill will reduce excess body fat. And guess what? It's not the pill putting you into calorie deficit.alot of them dont work but i think there are a hand full of them out there that do work

All of them "work" with proper diet and exercise. Probably says so right on the bottle. Probably also says there's risk of liver and kidney damage.0

The only over the counter proven to help with fat loss is Alli. It is not a supplement, it is a medicine. Other than Alli there are multiple weight loss drugs available by prescription. Before starting any of these, whether over the counter like Alli or prescription, you should discuss with your primary care physician. Studies on these medications only panned out for two years, and while all showed an initial weight loss they started to show a slow trend towards weight gain before the trials were stopped.
Good luck on your weight loss journey. I'd strongly recommend lifestyle changes before you resort to medications. Remember that you determine the side effects of any lifestyle change, where as with a medication you basically have to hope that you don't develop side effects. Regardless, if you do decide to do a medication, talk it over with your PCP first.0
