    Hi, I am really glad you are here at this site and in the Ultimate Accountability Challenge, (UAC). I'm @RangerRickL, but from now on, just Rick.
    This is a great team and a great group of folks who share their goals and accountability to follow the rules above regarding caloric intake; at least 20 minutes of energy consuming exercise; and tracking those factors.
    It's not like most monthly challenges in that, it's really about changes in your lifestyle to achieve healthy goals.

    I think of lent as time to refocus on what is really important. Food-wise I am going try and eat that which is nutritious for my body. It's only 40 days!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? I did. No gym but I busted my *kitten* up and down the stairs in my house.

    Exercise? Yes, I went to the 5 oclock Crossfit class and took 1 long walk today.
    Calories/Tracking? Every bite! The restaurant (Zoe's) messed up our to-go order and I ended up having to switch entrees with my husband because he couldn't eat the onions that they were supposed to leave off his salad. So I ate healthier than planned LOL
