    I buy a lot of spinach, sweet potatoes, chicken/salmon/steak for the grill, eggs and baby carrots. But all that is normal for us to eat all the time - I just have to eat less of it when trying to lose weight.

    I just buy eggs, chicken thighs, tomatoes, cashews, mixed greens for smoothies, oranges, pineapple, asparagus, bananas, apples...and a shitload of tea, as I drink it religiously
