Wow you're doing well. Do you also exercise or is this just from doing OMAD?

I'm so excited! Yesterday I thought I'd see how close I was to fitting in my new jeans size 11/12. I didn't fit in one pair, but I did fit in another pair! So yay!!!!!

I gained a 1/2 a pound. I'm not happy. I haven't had a gain or a 0 for a while so i was kind of thinking it might happen but I'm still not happy. I hope it shows a big loss on the scale next week because of it though. This is not what I wanted for March. I wanted 2 pounds a week. If I average 2 pounds a week I'll be okay with that, but as long as I'm losing weight I'm very okay with that.

Maybe it's just water weight but stick with it because you've done so well so far and hoping for you to have a big loss next week o:)

I am inspired by your overall trend. As a newbie to OMAD, I can look at your progress and decide this is a method that works, and is worth my time. With OMAD you have lost 27.5 lbs. in 26 weeks, not too many programs give that type of results over a 6 month period. Great Job and thanks for the motivation!!

Thank you both. The encouragement is what helps keep me going and of course the results. OMAD is the only diet that I've ever been able to stick with and the easiest diet for sure.
