    I confess that I found a packet of my son's wine gums in my bag, I then hid in a cupboard to eat the last 8! Then denied I had seen them since Saturday! They all know I'm dieting so never questioned if I had eaten them ;)

    Have an op today been here since 7am with NO Food and all I can think about is what naughties will keep me company on my way home KFC OR MCDONALDS

    I confess that I'm probably undereating to quicken up my weight loss.
    I need to put a stop to it but am afraid that eating reasonable amount of calories all being sub needs won't work.
    I need to trust in CiCo I guess.

    I lived in Ohio for 49 of my 56 years and I have no desire to ever go back to the winters or the extremely humid summers. I do miss being able to attend Ohio State games and my grandkids.

    Hey, it doesn't matter if it's humid, if it's 115 degrees, it's TOO hot!
