Challenge # 2: Tuk Tuk to Thailand
I chose Sabai (Relax) Your Feet challenge from week 4
I chose this one because I really enjoyed the benefits of the massage when we did it the first time around.1 -
Challenge # 3: Eat Your Greens!
I ate spinach, avocados, green grapes, cabbage (I am Irish!), and just in case the cabbage doesn't count as green I also had green beans.1 -

I completed those on Tuesday or Wednesday.
I chose that as I thought it would be less of an impact on my hip and I could do it inside as the weather here was very wet and cold.

I chose "Recovery day Routine" with Jessica and peanut from week 7 jamming to Jamaica!
I have chosen this because I so enjoy this relaxation routine and have Incorporated this into my weekly routine!0 -

I ate mixed greens, avocados, celery and a green apple. I usually don't pick green apples, but I really enjoyed this one, so will try them again in the future.0 -
