Sorry you're aggravated but don't beat yourself up, Joe said there would be stalls so don't give up :(

I agree with brenda... stalls are bound to happen. But they are temporary. You've stalled for two weeks and gone so well for months! dont worry about it. report back next week and we'll talk about your progress. If in the following weeks you are still stalled, we'll see what you can try :)

I see in your data that there have been three other occasions where you really didn't have a loss for a two-week average and you have always seemed to come out of it. Give it another week or two to see what happens!

I don't really count calories. I have no idea for sure. When I have put a meal in the calorie counter just to check for fun I usually always come in under 1200 calories. Maybe in the 1000 range, but i'm sure there are days that I go over 1200 calories because I eat whatever I want.

Well, I lost 1.5 lbs which is great, but I'm still not under 200 lbs. Which is just aggravating me so much. I'm sure it shouldn't but it does. Total loss for March= 5 lbs. Not bad. And 13.5 for 2017. I guess that's not bad. Next week UNDER 200!!!!

You are winning the battle. It's good to look at the big picture. For example how much you've lost in last 3 months.
