Has anyone else had a hard time making sure you get calories? I want to make sure I'm getting enough good calories in ?

    I'm fairly new to this myself, and so far I struggle more staying within my calories, yet getting enough protein without going over the fat and/or carbs. I don't eat much meat, so I'm trying to figure out how to reach my protein goal without going over my fat. Just read here today that the best sources for lean protein are white fish, lean meat, egg whites. It's probably going to take a couple of weeks to juggle your foods within any given day to make them fit your goal amounts.

    What's a good calorie?

    I have no problem eating enough.... I could easily eat more. My diet is predominantly lean protein, healthy fats and lots of fresh produce. Some dairy, some processed foods, some treats.

    If you struggle to eat enough calories, eat more calorie dense foods.
