    I stopped doing the weekly weigh ins once I started a march fitness challenge at my gym. I did a final screening this morning, lost 2% body fat, and an extra 7.8 pounds!

    Starting weight in January was 195, and today weigh in was 184.5. didn't hit the 20lb goal, but the last month has been where I made the best progress, and I'm gonna keep it up!

    My next goal will be for memorial day, I'll aim for 15lbs. anyone else want to keep this going?

    2/17: 180 Getting there, nearly into the 170s, and a whole stone down!
    2/24: 179 ugh this slow going and I worked hard this week!
    3/3: 178 still slow but down I guess I'm carrying on to the end of March, hopefully make twenty down in two weeks.
