I have just joined and I can't wait to get started!!! After my pregnancy I just haven't been able to loose the weight I put on. I want to loose around 25kg (55 pounds) so hope all goes well. I will keep you updated.

    You got this girl! It takes a little bit of time and hard work but i am right there with you. I had trouble shedding the post preg pounds but now I have lost 43 lbs, and I only gained 22 with my little man! YEAH! Now I just want to lose 25 more. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!
