    I am so in!! Last month did nothing for me but I am pushing myself everyday. I am trying to be consistent in logging and exercising. This is a new start for me.

    - Not snacking in general unless hungry.

    However, snacking late at night is what I have to really change.
    I am so in for this challenge! My ultimate goal weight was the weight I used to weigh a year ago. I don't want to be a statistic (people who regained the weight) and I don't want to be obese ever ever again. :smiley:
