Actually, it was going GREAT. Just decided to drop back since I don't want to get husky and all. I hit 217 very briefly, and I could keep going. But there's always that "not so lean" element to putting on muscle that isn't right for me. I got nothing to prove. I don't like to look like that anyway. I still have the nice added muscle.

Depends on my activities for that month. Generally, between 6 and 11 lbs.0 -
