What does every one want to challenge themselves to do this next 8 weeks?
I want to lose dress sizes, and be more flexible/agile!

I am going to lose a pant size (12 lbs is my goal) and be able to do a proper burpee on the surfboard and become more flexible1

I've chosen to commit to measurable goals for daily and weekly success to strengthen my body and reduce extra weight. Having concrete, daily goals seems to help me. Already this year I've changed a lifelong habit of not drinking water and now almost always drink 2 liters of water daily.
Activity goal: Classes 3 days/week, PLUS work on strengthening my body at home (something I haven't been doing.) Daily, I will do 3 sets of exercises to increase arm strength and/or core strength, my two weakest areas. Weather and time permitting, I will also walk the dog daily.
Food goal: Commit to keeping my calorie goal for weight loss. Reduce unhealthy snacks! Only on a workout day I may, but will not always, have a single small unhealthy snack (i.e. a single piece of dark chocolate, a tiny slice of that tray of brownies I have to finish...). Healthy snacks such as fruits, nuts, and other low-calorie options are permitted.
Weight loss goal: Lose 7+ pounds in 8 weeks.1 -
I am looking to make it to 4 classes per week and increase my muscle %. I also need to find ways to be aware of the food I'm eating to get more healthy calories in my diet.
