The Yasso frozen yogurt bar- they are great! If I want something salty, popcorn. If I still have a lot of protein left to hit, I'll make some casein "fluff".0

When I do go for a snack it is usually a Fit&Active Chocolate Fudge Bar (100 calories) or homemade Oat balls (melt, dark chocolate, peanut/almond butter, almond milk, rolled oats then I use a melon scooper drop them on a baking sheet and refrigerate. I put 2 in a snack bag and have them around for when I am in need. (123 calories) I usually don't get home from my exercise class until after 8 by the time I get home and shower its almost 9 so I really don't feel like eating, but on nights I only do the treadmill, I usually will have a snack around 7 as long as I have room in my calories0

slices of meat. be it chicken. beef. Recently I've been eating some of that eastern european dried meat. Sujuk. Spicy and dry but nice. Bit like beef jerky but without the preservative nonsense.0

Frozen French fries, almost every day. I feel deprived if I don't have any. I cook them in the microwave for 6-7 minutes. I like them better that way than cooked in the oven.0

Low calorie hot chocolate made with milk. Snack shots, Curley wurleys, pink & whites, tea cakes and snowballs. If I'm really desperate, popcorn and finally I usually have a stash of sweet stuff for baking so That gets hit.0

I rarely snack in the evenings. I almost always have a pretty big dinner very early (5 or 6 pm) and include any sweets/dessert at the end. I usually like to floss & brush and consider myself finished w/ eating or drinking anything but water.
But anyway! If I AM truly hungry later in the evening, I'll eat a boiled egg if I have some on hand, or just cook myself an egg and eat it with a little hot sauce or shredded cheddar on top. I rarely have string cheese but that would be an option for me too, if I did. I try to steer clear of sweet snacks because to me that just means I'm bored or stressed and if I'm hungry enough to actually want an egg then I feel that I probably need it.
