you can also try the little camera in posting options. Just insert an image link and hit enter

If you are asking about the News Feed, you can not.

If you are asking about the mobile app (Android), you can not.

If you are asking about the Web version Message Boards,
click the down arrow to the right of the paper icon, either browse your computer for the picture file or drag and drop a picture file from another window on your computer.

Im on the app for I phone and just pressed on camera icon and then searched for pic from my album.

Yes, iOS users can attach images to message board posts, unfortunately, I do not use iOS. For those of us on Android phones, inserting an image file is not yet available.
