weight: 156lbs
2nd weight check: 19/004/2017
weight: 154.544lbs
weight loss till now 4lbs...

We're about the same height and weight. I'm at 160 right now trying to get down to about 125. Except if that's you in the picture, you look a lot skinnier than me! Welcome aboard.0

No more a Newbie.. But i have a question..
I usually have my meal around 7-8pm... But today was damn damn hungry and felt a little lite headed so i had my food....
And i am sure i am not gonna have dinner..
Will this effect my weight loss?
