I love to have a really good coffee in the morning. My wife and I are spoiled due to living in the coffee growing mountains of Costa Rica, Central America. We lived there in 2003-2004. We went there for Spanish language study.
Our host family could taste a cup of coffee and tell us what altitude the coffee had been grown at. The acidity level varies due to the altitude.

I am not a coffee person love the smell I will even add it to stuff to give a faux nut flavor as I can't have nuts. My daughter lives on it it amazes me as she was never introduced to it till college.
Grandma made it through surgery but it was more extensive as the bone kept crumbling. She is a very cranky person as it is I don't think this is going to make things better.
It's pouring out today I am in drive thru it should be a busy day.3 -
Busy day today but managed 20 mins on the rowing machine before work. Tracked and stayed under calories.5

Beautiful day in the Comox Valley today sun is shining, just got home from doing 90 minutes of water calisthentics, now I am going to attempt to do some light yard work, hopefully I won't regret it but it is just too nice to be inside........Hope everyone is having a good day
@5cheetahs , I find it much easier to chart my food in the morning too, not saying I do not make adjustments as the day goes on, but most times we are pretty close.
@aeshippers When I was working I always set the alarm an hour earlier than I had to get up so I could get my exercise done before work too. Sometimes I even added to it after work...lol

A gorgeous day here on the East Coast also - cool but nice and sunny. They had actually forecast snowflurries today but it didn't really happen (just a few).
I got 90 minutes of exercise gardening today. Yay!
I stayed within my calorie budget.
I recorded everything I ate and drank.

I love coffee! I love being up early! (getting up is never easy) I do my best when I plan it out and I like to exercise before work. The down side is I'm in bed early! (like now - 8:46) Everything has a hitch.

I almost always workout early. My typical get outa bed time is 5:00 a.m. I usually have a cup of coffee right away and do a quiet time of reflection and prayer until 5:30. Then I workout. 30 minutes of active stretching followed by either an active day or an easy day routine. Now, 3 days per week are cardio/strength intervals and the other days are walking.
Today:
Calories: under by 150
Tracking: kept me from the temptation of going over

I am not a coffee fan(unless it has baileys in it....LOL) My husband is a coffee drinker and loves it first thing in the morning. I love the smell of it when we are grinding it. I am a tea GRANNY...lol. Had a good day today other than I was over in my sodium intake. I made a nice pork and rice casserole for supper and I knew I had lots of calories left so I charted 1.5 servings of it, unfortunately I did not put it in the computer until after I ate........the calories were only 328 but the sodium was off the charts.....so I am over 700 mgs for the day........oops
exercise yes 90 minutes water calesthentics, 30 minutes exercise bike and 60 minutes yeard work..........lots of exercise calories today but I did not use any of them and I am under by 200 for the day.

Apparently it was nice and sunny here today but I worked all day and there are few windows so I missed it!!
But I did get lots of steps, tracked my calories and came in under count4 -
I love coffee!! I drink it every morning. I hate getting up early as I am a night owl. I rarely go to sleep before midnight. I like working out at night. You will find me in the gym around
9 PM most nights. I did go to the gym at 9 AM yesterday and my fitbit told me I burned 400 more calories during the day. I may try to go earlier.

I like coffee as long as it has creamer and sweetener in it. I work at 3am so I really need one cup in the morning.

I came close to using my last pass day but stayed strong. I'm thinking I'm going to have to use it next Tuesday because I have to go in to the office next Tuesday for training on an entirely new software. They are providing tacos for lunch, and then my sis-in-law and her daughter are meeting up with us for dinner because they have a school field trip in our city. I'll do my best to not use my last pass day then, but we'll see.2 -

I LOVE getting up in the morning to a nice cup of coffee( it's what gets me out of bed). ☺️
A big day of babysitting but stayed strong and even went for an hour walk after supper. 15,000 steps, tracked and stayed within my calorie limit.
