Pullups to failure with varying grips, weighted pullups with varying grips, barbell rows, cable rows, deadlifts, Kroc rows, basically just grab something heavy and commence the pulling.2

Thanks this helps0

A lot of pulling motion. Real get that mind muscle connection with your lat too don't pull with your biceps. I use my elbows to help feel lat activation0

They can only get better if you do more of what you use them for.
Basically any pull. Pullups and deads are two of the better to chose from. Leave a couple in tank so form doesn't break and stimulate and adapt the muscles through progressive overload.1 -
To add to what has already been said, Full range of motion on pull-ups/lat pull-downs will go a long way.0

Bent over rows, high pulls, behind the neck shoulder press, one arm rows, chin ups seated rows0

In addition to the above, Climbing. Rope/walls, whatever you can. Same basic pull-up maneuver, but great range of motion.0

Heavy straight bar pullovers.0

Pullups with grips at different widths.
I use a Rogue multipurpose bar attached w/clamp to the top of my rack for this purpose.1 -
Lat press down's are really great too.
And deadlifts.0 -
